Though the CRM space is somewhat saturated, I am rather impressed by what I see when I read of the functionality of Relenta CRM. Many CRM's have an integrated email component, but most leave something to be desired. Going through the screen shots and feature listings of Relenta, it seems that the email integration is fairly tight and robust, with advanced features like inbuilt email automation and routing. The contact management system also seems to be well thought-out, as every activity and email can be tracked back to individual contacts.
While they may not be going after SalesForce.com or SugarCRM, this could be a very appealing system for the small to mid-sized businesses. Integrated document sharing is also a plus!
