Hey there... a bit of trouble, I have the HTML section sorted so it's appearing on my webpage but when I test it out and click submit I get this error:

Not Found

The requested URL /< was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Apache/2.2.14 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.14 OpenSSL/0.9.8l DAV/2 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 Server at touchdownrestaurant.com Port 80

Any help?
