I had no idea where half.com got its name!

This is a very interesting random post. Apparently, a guy named Mark Hughes (yes, I'm sure you know a Mark Hughes too, we all do!), convinced the city of Halfway, Oregon to Half.com, Oregon. I have no idea how he was able to do that, but he's written the story in his book Buzzmarketing. eBay later bought the company for $300 million! Anyhow, now he's a marketing speaker, but seems to be a very well respected and reviewed one.
