I've recently become very aware of the need for more secure credit card processing - especially in restaurants. The server takes your card away, and you don't see them process the transaction. I've had one restaurant double-charge me, and a colleague of mine has had that happen twice to him, from the same restaurant!

But it's also useful for other companies that need to process payments remotely, perhaps at seminars or events.
