The ideas I have is to add some more monetization. You may want to create a "boutique" with affiliate programs (bar supplies or cocktails recipes books). Look at this french website : 1001cocktails, they have thousands of recipes but are also selling everything to make cocktails (shakers, special glasses for this or that cocktails, glass decorations...).
