Microsoft Office Project Free Trial
I've used Microsoft Project many times working on various projects. It's an excellent tool for setting and working towards project deadlines and milestones.
It does carry a hefty price tag though, so if you want to try it out before buying, you can download the 60 day free trial!
Let me know what you think of it. Oh, but if you're actually looking for office supplies, then Viking is the place for you!
